You certainly have good taste and it shows! Thank you for thinking so highly of Branderella and insisting we BEE in the room to make things a bit more magical. I'll be the first to admit that this isn't your everyday, run-of-the-mill, garden-variety creative boutique. We do things a little different around the hive and I want to be sure you know just what you're getting yourself into. Below are the current "rules of engagement." Please read them BEFORE you pay. I'd love to hear your feedback, questions, suggestions, or expressions of joy!

Branderella is my second full time job. My first and most important one is that of a mom. I try to do BEE things between the hours of 9:30 AM and 4:30 PM, Mondays - Thursdays. After 4:30 PM, the hive is closed and work resumes the next business day. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response during business hours.

Once we decide on a path forward I will likely begin the design process and send a first draft. After you have had a chance to consider things, I'm anxious to hear what you think and what changes you'd like to see. Then, it will take time for me to consider how to incoporate your feedback into the design or change it all together. Your patience is appreciated. It is also possible that I am working on several revisions at once and may take longer than you would you like to circle back to yours. Please, trust the process.
If you've booked a service weeks or months in advance, THANK YOU for being ahead of things! Your upfront payment allows me to order materials below cost and catch deals. If you haven't heard from me in a bit, please don't panic. It simply means that I am zoned in on a project due immediately. When your project is fast approaching I will be just as focused. But for now, I am likely just thinking through a zillion ideas to arrive at the perfect one. Hold tight. (Also, if you haven't paid, I haven't started on anything. I haven't even thought about it.)

Deposits are non-refundable. Once you pay, we're stuck with each other unless an act of God forces us apart. So, let's work to get things done together as best we can. In extenuating circumstances, I am happy to consider a credit towards a future project or event. Credits are transferrable so you're free to gift them to a friend.

In real life I'm an artist; an artist who happens to share her gift with the world. An artist with a gift to share, a purpose to fill, and five children to raise. And I want to do all of these things really, really well. Sometimes the days run together and some things just have to wait. So I try not to make a lot of promises when it comes to time. What I can promise is that on the day of your event you will be AMAZED. I look back on some of the dopest moments I've been blessed to have a hand in and I honestly don't know how I did it. But I did. Every time. Without fail. That is the Branderella promise: A well-executed event, a perfectly delivered project, and/or a really dope design.
I guarantee it.
For now, its just me. I am customer service, human resources, operations manager, creative director, head maker, lead doer, production executive and assistant. Whew! I'm getting exhausted just typing it all out. Quiet as its kept, I am the "I" in "TEAM." But rest assured, I am actively searching high and low for help. GOOD HELP. So please, stick around. Keep the faith. Hang tight. Trust the process. And if you know another creative genius, by all means, let a sister know!
