Absolutely NO exceptions.
All payments must be received at the time the order is placed.
If you haven't paid, rest assured that I have not started.
If you have not received an invoice from me, I have not received an order from you. No matter how hard I try, I will not remember what you said. Please text EXACTLY what you need and when you need it. (Email all graphics as HIGH RESOLUTION FILES or your final result will look a mess. Seriously, a complete mess.)

I no longer offer rush order services or delivery. Every order will take me A MINIMUM of 3 days to complete, quite possibly 5 days. Including graphic designs. Please plan accordingly. Also, plan to pick up your order or pay to have it Uber-ed to you.
(However, if you would like to pay an additional $175 for the rush, then let's talk.)
I will email all final drafts directly to you. It is up to you to ensure accurate spelling and the inclusion of all details requested. A final draft is indeed a FINAL draft. A final draft also denotes a COMPLETED order. You will need to send your final files to the printer of your choice and communicate your printing preferences with them. After I complete a design, my work here is done. Whatever happens next is all you.

Minimums and Edits
Time is money.
All orders require a $225 minimum. This includes graphic designs. $225 gets you up to 3 related graphics (per event) and 3 edits. After 3 edits, you will be charged $55 per change, due upfront. Edits are not done in real time, but will get my undivided attention within a 24-hour time period and will be sent over the following afternoon.

I am available for work-related calls and messages Tuesday - Thursday 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM. I am unreachable before 9:30 AM and after 4:30 PM, but you are welcome to text. I will respond the next business day. I am available Fridays from 9:30 AM - 2:00 PM. After that time I am on official mom duty and have no idea what the status of your order/request is. I won't even think about it again until next Tuesday.
